Shipping:

ORDERS

We can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders will not be processed on the weekends. 

*Please note during new releases periods there may be a longer processing time.  

ORDERS OVER $100.00 USD

All orders over $100.00 USD receive free domestic shipping and will require a signature upon FedEx/UPS delivery. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders over $110 USD 

SHIPPING

USA - We ship orders via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping.

Po Box orders will be shipped via USPS.

Misc

We only ship credit card orders to the billing address on file with the card company. If your order is a gift, please use PayPal as the method of payment. 

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached. Please email [email protected] with details on exchanging your item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Critterzs Nyc. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
